Your information is used solely to operate the 3Ball Academy program — including scheduling practices and tournaments, tracking attendance plans, communicating with families, and processing payments. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Children's Privacy
We collect limited personal data about players (name, graduation year, team) to manage the program. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data from children under 13 beyond what is necessary to operate the program. Parents or guardians must create the account on behalf of their child.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as you remain an active participant in the program, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

By creating an account with 3Ball Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Program Participation
Participation in 3Ball Academy sessions is subject to coach approval and team availability. 3Ball Academy reserves the right to modify session schedules, locations, and team assignments at any time.

4. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, other players, and families. 3Ball Academy reserves the right to remove players or families from the program for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

5. Fees & Payments
Monthly program fees are due as specified by 3Ball Academy. Non-payment may result in suspension from sessions. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of 3Ball Academy.

6. Photography & Media
By participating in the program, you grant 3Ball Academy permission to photograph or record sessions for use in promotional materials, social media, or program documentation, unless you opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
3Ball Academy, its coaches, and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the program, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
